With over 10 years of experience in various Agile leadership roles, I have served as a Change Agent, assisting large companies in implementing transformative changes from the team and departmental levels to the entire organization. I possess a strong expertise in Agile Delivery Management, building effective Agile teams, and fostering the growth of Scrum Masters' potential. Since 2017, I have conducted over 30 training sessions, benefiting more than 500 graduates, and have been actively involved in consulting and coaching since 2019.
I enjoy drinking coffee during my morning walks with my dogs in the park. I also practice K1 kickboxing, constantly challenging and pushing myself. Additionally, I volunteer to help stray animals.
